Bishop Lyle Dukes and Pastor Deborah Dukes are commissioned by God to reach the world and change lives through the preaching and teaching of God's Word. They started Harvest Life Changers Church in 1995 with no members. Currently, the membership exceeds 8,000 and continues to increase.
